City Gardens Sales Center

Our team was asked to design a state of the art, high end Sales Center for the exciting new downtown residential development; City Gardens. We were influenced by the organic architecture, clean modern simplicity, and the name. Natural white oak, crisp white, concrete tile, and a gorgeous living wall and ceiling accent draw customers in. As you walk in, you’re approached by the impressive full scale model of the development and then enveloped by the beautiful interior details. The blending of organic and modern forms is felt throughout the interior design creating a simplistic, yet cozy vibe. We are excited to see how this development transforms our downtown core.
