TRADITIONAL HILLSIDE HOME

We worked alongside the owners of this traditional home with a gorgeous view of the Kamloops mountains for over a year, from planning to completion. They came to Spot On with a vision for their forever home; ‘we want a traditional home, but with clean lines, and suitable for our young family of 5 to grow up in’.

The overall design concept was established to be bright and airy with lots of moldings, interesting lighting, and touches of feminine charm to compliment their 3 young daughters. We designed each room with custom millwork to maximize storage and design while also being kid friendly. The showstopper of the home is the custom kitchen with built in appliances, gorgeous counters, built in range hood with tile and lighting details to add the extra class.

The home features 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 playrooms, home office, kitchen, living, dining, rec room and gym. We loved working closely with our clients – and getting to know them and their family. We are very proud of the end result.
